Fee Norms

The aim of HPS in to make education available to as many students as possible hence the fees is made affordable 8, deserving students excelling in sports, study and talents are considered by the management with subsidized fees. Fee is to be deposited at BANK on or before the 15th of April, July, Oct, Jan for each quarter.

Once fee is deposited, it is not refundable (except in special cases.) The Managing Committee has the right to change the tariff of fee with a prior notice, even after the registration of the students (subject to govt. orders). Name of students whose fee dues are delayed beyond a period of one month, are struck off the rolls, and can only be readmitted by depositing fresh admission fees.

The school does not the take the responsibility of sending reminders to parents for school dues. The dates for the payment of the fee are firm. If a parent /guardian desires to withdraw his/her ward from the school after taking admission in the school or during any academic year, fees will be refunded on a pro-rats basis.

Notice of withdrawal must be given between 15th to 30th March. Failure to give such a notice shall render parents / guardians liable to pay the fee for the academic year from which the student has to be withdrawn. The school has the right to withhold the school leaving certificate or/and other certificates and marks sheets, if all school dues hove not been paid in full.
