SCHOOL HOUSE SYSTEM

The well established house system at Handa Public School provides an excellent platform for the holistic development of the students. It forms the basis of all competitions within the school and promotes team spirit, group loyalty and healthy competition.

BLUE HOUSE

“ Mahatma Gandhi House ”

Mahatma Gandhi became one of the most respected spiritual and political leaders of the 1900's. Gandhi ji helped free the Indian people from British rule thuough non-violent resistance and is honoured by indian as the father of the Nation. He was the primary leader of India's Independence movement and also the architect of a form of non-violent civil disobedience that influenced the world. They are triumphant in many of the co-curricular activities, be it quizzing or sports. Their greatest asset is their confidence and determination. Students of the Blue house possess immense intellectual vitality. They are committed to their goals, and are all-rounders and achievers.

RED HOUSE

“ Pt. Jawahar lal Nehru House ”

Pandit Jawahar Lal Nehru was not only the First Prime Minister of Independent India; his vision has given us the country we live in today. Nehru is known across the world for his Non Aligned Movement and the integrity, with which he formulated India 's foreign policy. Its depicts VICTORY. The values given here are that students should have a competitive spirit and should try and win all the tasks given to them. Like they should have a competitive spirit in life.

YELLOW HOUSE

“ Neta ji Subhash Chandra Bose ”

Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose was a prominent leader of the Indian National Congress. He later formed the Indian National Army which attempted to end British Rule in India by military conflict. He continues to be on of India 's most revered historic figures. Its depicts WISDOM which teaches students to be wise and kind to every being on the earth and to treat everyone equally.

GREEN HOUSE

“ Rabindranath Tagore ”

Gurudev Rabindranath Tagore was a Nobel Lauriate and one of the most influential writers of Modern India. The Gurudev surrendered his Knighthood to protest against British Rule in India . Tagore endowed Gandhi with the title of Mahatma. Its depicts HONESTY which imbibes in students to do all the given duties with utmost honesty and should not deceive anybody in life.
